Privacy Policy

The independent marketing services office APOSTOLOU IOULIA – GEORGIA (hereinafter referred to as “the Office”) respects the privacy concerns of every individual. This Privacy Policy describes the collection, use, and processing of personal data (PD or personal data) of users of our services while browsing our website and is implemented pursuant to Articles 12–13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

A. Website Browsing

No personal data is collected during website browsing, except for the following log data, which is temporarily stored each time a user accesses the website:

  • Amount of data transferred

  • Requested resource

Temporary storage of server log files is necessary for technical and security reasons. These data are anonymized and retained for up to six (6) months. IP addresses associated with malicious activity may be permanently stored within the website’s security system for protection and prevention purposes.

B. Contact Form

If a user chooses to use the contact form, the following data may be collected and processed:

The user provides explicit consent for each communication.
After responding to your request, we retain the relevant data for twelve (12) months and then delete it.
